A review on the award winning masterpiece of Stanley Kubrick - "A Clockwork Orange" - Watch now

"A Clockwork Orange" is one of the numerous masterpieces of the award winning director and writer Stanley Kubrick. It is based on the  Anthony Burges' novel with the same name and it is a story about the transformation of Alex - a violent kid who is hurting and terrorizing people every way possible just for the fun of it but he also is a kid enjoying the music of Beethoven. But all that changes after he goes to prison for the murder of a woman. In prison Alex is showing his obedience, fake smile and "regret" for what he has done, but he is wishing to get out of that place as soon as possible. That is why he subscribes for a new method of medical treatment - an experimental aversion therapy - that can transform even the most violent human being into a peaceful person. However, karma is a strange thing. After he comes out of prison Alex would encounter all his deeds he has done in the past.
This film is one of the brilliant projects Kubrik has made and maybe one of the most complicated productions in cinema ever made. The movie is about the violence, karma, redemption and parenting. After you see the movie you would like, hate, pity and even admire Alex, but one is for sure - you should defiantly watch that movie.
